Vind wel dat CollectA echt leuke paardjes aan het maken is! Die van Schleich vind ik erg hard achteruit gaan namelijk.
Afgelopen jaar heeft Breyer de rechten voor het verkopen van de paardjes en andere dieren gekocht, toch verkoopt CollectA ze ook nog.

What are CollectAs, anyway?
CollectA models are vinyl, hand-painted models with a high degree of accuracy in both conformation and color. They are both affordable and almost impossible to break and have been around since 2006. Sizes of CollectA models vary from small (averaging approximately 3 inches tall) to the Deluxe (1:12 scale, averaging approximately 7-9 inches tall.) They are sold loose on shelves or in display boxes, not unlike the popular Schleich models. The average model horse is roughly the size of Breyer's Paddock Pals series, with the Deluxe models roughly Classic series in size.
The CollectA company, based in Hong Kong, is one of the world's largest manufacturers of collectible model animals, currently offering 560 different animal models. The company is most well-known for their extensive line of prehistoric animals and, with the addition of molds sculpted by famous equestrian artist Deborah McDermott, interest in their Horse Life line has been growing steadily. CollectA's parent company is Procon Asia, and you may see "Procon" on earlier hang tags.
What are Corral Pals?
Did Breyer buy CollectA? Breyer didn't buy CollectA but in 2017 did purchase exclusive North American distribution rights to sell the Horse, Farm Life, and Dogs and Cats lines under the "Corral Pals" name. These models are referred to as "Breyer by CollectA." CollectA is still very much in business and will continue selling their current line, including the "Corral Pals" models (these last outside of North America). Breyer may add additional lines, including Dinosaurs, Sea Life, Wildlife, and Jungle, in the near future. As more information is released I'll update these pages.
nog even terug op de Schleich. JA , ik vind ze nu ook echt veel minder, incorrecte poses/anatomie. En dat was eigenlijk ook de reden waarom ik gestopt ben met het verzamelen van de schleich paarden. Heel jammer
